Set within a converted c19th townhouse, The Stanes enjoys a centre of town location with ample free parking. We are minutes from the Innerleithen downhill trails and approximately 3 miles from Glentress. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants and take-aways within walking distance. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and sleeps a maximum of 6 people on an exclusive use basis. All fine linens, towels, toiletries, slippers and robes are provided. There are bike washing facilities, a large workshop/shed, secure Asgard bike storage, drying facilities, BBQ and patio area within our large garden which has stunning hill views.

Local Area Info
This area lies within the Tweed Valley and is an excellent leisure centre for golf, fishing, mountain biking and walking. The Southern Upland Way is also within easy reach.
There is a busy events calendar throughout the year which includes musical events, festivals and sporting pursuits, so there are lots to see and do. We also have an amazing array of local organisations which cater for a wide variety of interests and who welcome new members.
Innerleithen provides an excellent range of facilities, either within or close by the town, including:
a challenging nine-hole golf course, two all-weather tennis courts, a bowling club, playing fields, local walks and trails,
excellent course fishing on the River Tweed, cycling routes, very demanding downhill mountain biking with a world-class reputation.
